the uk’s most talked about independent festival
10th – 12th August, Tunbridge Wells, Kent
never grow old
Kids and parents – this is THE festival for you. We don’t separate you from the fun: from Wondersands to The Wendy House, The Neverland is filled with fun for children and adults alike. Whether you’re 4, 14 or 40, dress up in your tribal costume, explore our three realms, dance to new music, meet new people and take part in our wonderful new programme of daytime activities, all in the surrounds of the beautiful Kent countryside.
“Thanks for making it such a relaxed and welcoming festival for families. We enjoyed all the games and would lap up more of the same this year. We had a lot of fun – highlight was watching our kids playing in the sand and paddling pool as everyone danced around them.”
– Janet (mum & 2013 festival goer)
family camping area
When you’re ready for some rest head back to the separated family camping area, where you can all get some sleep. This area will have its own set of toilets, and the showers and taps will be a short walk away in the main campsite. Please purchase a family camping ticket for access to this area.
Please be sure to choose the correct option when purchasing. No single or groups of adults will be permitted in the Family Campsite unless accompanied by children 16 or under. Due to limited space, the Family Campsite area is restricted to relatives and guardians of children. Groups of friends and other family members who arrive without children should camp in the regular campsites. Teenagers wanting to camp in the family campsite must camp with their family.
Children and Young Person Tickets
Children aged 12 and under – FREE!
Teenagers 13 to 16 – £50
Anyone with these types of tickets must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
The Neverland is a small and very safe festival, but it’s still a good idea to prepare your children by reminding them of common sense advice on what to do if they get lost. If they get lost, have them ask for help from a security steward, any Festival staff with a radio, another adult with children, or the Information and Welfare Points.
If you find you have been separated from your child, please go to the Welfare Tent.
What activities are there for kids in the daytime / whats the kids programme?
There is a whole host of kids workshops throughout the day in The Neverland. Please take a look at the Kids Encampment line up in the programme.
My friends are staying in the Boutique Campsite – can we camp with them?
Unfortunately not. No tents are allowed in the Boutique Camping Field.
My friends are staying in the Campervan field – can we camp with them?
Each campervan is allocated 9 x 6 metres of space, usually enough for an awning and/or a small tent. As long as you remain within their allocated pitch you can camp with them.
Is there a babysitting service?
